The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the printed item
①The best printing distance between the nozzle and the surface of the material is between 1mm-2mm.

Cleaning the nozzle
For the best printing quality, the excess ink stains on the print head must be cleaned regularly
①Prepare a piece of non-woven fabric, deionized water (purified water), and industrial alcohol for solvent cartridges.
②Moisten the non-woven fabric and place it on a flat table, then turn the nozzle of the ink cartridge down and gently and slowly wipe the nozzle of the ink cartridge.
③Wipe the nozzle of the ink cartridge two to three times until two ink lines appear continuously.
④ After cleaning the ink cartridge nozzle, there should be no residue and no ink bleeding on the nozzle surface.
Note: Do not use excessive force or use a dry cotton cloth to scratch the nozzle. Do not use cotton cloth with ink stains to prevent clogging the nozzles.
